How do I reserve my spot?
Once you apply and are approved, you’ll be able to pay your deposit online and select your room.
How much is the deposit and is it refundable?
The deposit is $250 and is refundable if you leave the house in good condition and meet all terms of your stay.
What is the minimum stay?
12 weeks. You can stay shorter, but you’ll need to pay for the full 12 weeks. For example, if you stay 10 weeks, you will pay your weekly rent plus the cost of the 2 missing weeks.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment platforms (list specifics once confirmed).

How many people are in each room?
Most rooms have 4 occupants and a private bathroom.

Where can I buy food and groceries?
There are several grocery stores and convenience shops within walking or biking distance.
